3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MoRoc&Co Collection LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on body oils, body glaze, perfume oils, gift sets, promotional items, or sale items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide their order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

6. Product Use and Allergies

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to use. We recommend performing a patch test before full application.

MoRoc&Co Collection LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse of products, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

All content on this website, including logos, product names, photographs, graphics, descriptions, branding, and designs, is the property of MoRoc&Co Collection LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
