Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Current shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after shipment)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days after shipment)

  • Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders

Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, MoRoc&Co Collection LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@morocandco.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MoRoc&Co Collection LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
