At MoRoc&Co Collection, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Due to the personal nature of body care and fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Body Oils
- Body Glaze
- Perfume Oils
- Gift Sets
- Promotional Items
- Sale Items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@morocandco.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MoRoc&Co Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications, cancellations, or address changes.
